Panache Cosmetics will endeavour to dispatch every order received within one working day. In most cases, orders will be dispatched the same day.

A selection of delivery options are provided to best suit your requirements:

 

Delivery for the U.K and Channel Islands

Royal Mail Standard U.K Delivery:

Delivered by 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £2.95

Royal Mail Special U.K Delivery:

Orders for this service must be received and payment cleared by 3pm.

Delivered by Special Delivery Next Day by 13.00 hrs
Orders weighing less than 1Kg - £ 4.85
Orders weighing more than 1Kg - £ 6.95

Delivered by Special Delivery Next Day by 09.00 hrs
Orders weighing less than 1Kg - £ 13.85
Orders weighing more than 1Kg - £ 16.95

DHL Domestic Express U.K Delivery:

Delivered by DHL Domestic Express - £7.50

Same Day Concierge Service for London Orders:

We offer a same day Concierge delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £18.

Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery. We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority.

We also offer a Saturday service upon request.

 

Delivery for Worldwide

Panache Cosmetics Worldwide Delivery:

Delivered by DHL Express, you can select from the following options:

DHL Express - Europe

DHL Express - International

The Delivery charge will be calculated when you arrive at the shopping basket and the charge will be calculated according to the volumetric weight and destination. Delivery charges are based on and calculated by delivery destination and will be quoted when you arrive at the shopping basket prior to your order being charged.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT.

VAT (17.5%) will be removed from your order at checkout.

 

Please Note:

Once your order has been dispatched, if applicable, you can obtain the parcel tracking number by viewing your order details. If you access the Royal Mail website: www.Royalmail.com or DHL website: www.DHL.co.uk you will be able to use the tracking number to trace your package.

  • Next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.
  • A signature is required from you when your order is delivered. Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Panache Cosmetics Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us. In the event that you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
  • The courier company shall attempt to re-deliver a maximum of three times, if your order has not been delivered after this time, your order will be returned to Panache Cosmetics Ltd and you will be refunded your order excluding shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge any cost of recovery of the order.
  • Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Customs and Import Duty

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost.

This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Panache Cosmetics to you.
