For best results use every second wash. Soak dry hair with product from root to tip, leaving to soak for an hour. Rinse, then wash with 3''' more inches shampoo. Follow with 3''' more inches conditioner. If you use silicone based hair products, you'll need to wash your hair first, as these will prevent the treatment from penetrating the hair.
