Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy

Panache Cosmetics believes that every time your order is sent out it should be received in pristine condition; this is because Panache Cosmetics is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.

If for any reason once you have received your order and are not happy, Panache Cosmetics will endeavour to Refund, Return or Exchange any items (subject to terms and conditions), as long as it is returned in an unused condition. The request should be made within 7 (Seven) working days of the receipt of order.

Before returning the product you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) number. You can obtain on RAN number by emailing your request to returns@panachecosmetics.com

Please indicate in the email the reason why you are returning the product. You will also need to include the Customer number which is located on the customer invoice.

Providing an RAN number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 7 days, you will receive a full refund. However please note that the return costs are not pre-paid, postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

We can only accept a return if the security sticker on each product remains intact and has not been tampered with.

Included with your order is a returns and exchange policy, this includes clear instructions on how to return products to us for an exchange or refund.

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
