Panache London will endeavour to dispatch every order received within one working day.

In most cases, orders will be dispatched the same day.

Complimentary Worldwide Delivery on all orders over £350.00 (2-12 Working Days)

Next Day UK Delivery: 
Orders for this service must be received and payment cleared by 1pm.

Same Day Concierge Service for London Orders:

We offer a same day Concierge delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £18.00
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 1pm for London Same Day delivery.
We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority.
We also offer a Saturday service upon request.

Delivery for Europe: 
Saver (European Delivery) 2-7 Working Days - £10.00
DHL Express (Europe) 1-3 Working Days - £18.00

Delivery for Rest of the World: 
DHL Express (Worldwide) 2-7 Working Days - £24.00 

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT.

VAT (20%) will be removed from your order at checkout. 


Please Note:
Once your order has been dispatched, if applicable, you can obtain the parcel tracking number by viewing your order details. If you access the Royal Mail website: royalmail.com or DHL website: www.dhl.co.uk you will be able to use the tracking number to trace your package.

  • Next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.
  • A signature is required from you when your order is delivered. Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Panache London cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us. In the event that you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
  • The courier company shall attempt to re-deliver a maximum of three times, if your order has not been delivered after this time, your order will be returned to Panache London and you will be refunded your order excluding shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge any cost of recovery of the order.
  • Please note that orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
  • Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the United Kingdom (UK).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Delivery time is subject to product availability and, customs clearance and clearance of payment.

 
Customs and Import Duties:
Delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import sales taxes and customs duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone/email once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.

This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility, you will be liable to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Panache London to you. Panache London is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

In the unlikely event that your order is held by customs at the delivery country, Panache London will assist the courier company in clearing your order as soon as possible. However Panache London are unable to control the time it takes to clear such items and will not be held responsible for any delays incurred.


Service Updates / Country Restrictions:
Russia:
Due to customs restrictions we are unfortunately unable to deliver to a residential address in Russia Via DHL Courier.
We can deliver to a residential address in Russia Via Royal Mail International Signed For service, contact us for further information.

China: Due to customs restrictions, we are only able to despatch Via DHL Courier if you are able to provide a Customs Regulations number (CR Number).
Alternatively, we are able to send Via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service if you are unable to provide a CR Number.
